26th Oct 08 Sheffield GSD Beginners - Marisa Spurgeon - 42 4th
Comments:

Unfortunately I lost Pip a few marks for my handling (I was doing 2 shows in the same day) so we ended up loosing 7¼ .

Show Report:
Judge: Marisa Spurgeon

W Blackshaw and Swarbrick with Ruffs Kyria Kalli (X/B). Lost 7.25pts
A Terrier type who played well and had super fast sets. Handler lost most points for inadvertently using her lead (and watch the stepping in at halts). A very willing dog with a permanently waggy tail, no surprise to hear that she is already out of Beginners.

16th Sept 07 Sheffield GSD Prebeginners - John Grice 1st
Comments:

Another good pre-beginner round from Pip. She lost a total of 6 in quite a tough marked class all for heelwork - her recall was clear. She was a little enthusiastic at time but certainly enjoyed herself.

She recieved another KC Pre-Beginner Obedience Award of Merit

1st - V.Blackshaw "RUFFS KYRIA KALLI" (Pet name Pippa.) XB Losing 6.

hol 2 ¾, hfree 2 ½, rec ¾. The heelwork from this little dog was a dream to watch, and also it never took it's eyes of the handler. Well Done.

16th Sept 07 Norfolk Broads DTC Prebeginners - Audrey Johnson 1st
Comments:

She did an AMAZING round in prebeginners - no sniffing what-so-ever and she pranced around the ring like she owned it. She had a bit of a messy present in the recall but got straight in the end. 1 ½ for each heelwork and 1 3/4 for that messy present.

She recieved a second rosette for best small dog and also got another KC Pre-Beginner Obedience Award of Merit for getting under 10 points.

1ST MISS V BLACKSHAW & RUFFS KYRIA KALLI - XB

This team were an absolute delight and I thoroughly enjoyed watching them. This super little Jack Russell cross was so accurate and attentive (plus her tail never stopped wagging) and was also beautifully handled. Many congratulations on a well deserved win.

Norfolk Broads DTC Special KCGKDS Heat - Beryl Kelly 7th
Comments: I was a little dissapointed with as she worked her best special prebeginner round to date, with no sniffing, and even had a proper game of tuggy (usually shes not that interested). I lost 1 for the play, 1 for the examination and 2 for heelwork. As I said to Si, I couldnt have asked her to have sone anything more as IMO she gave 110%.
